My name is Frank P. Pipitone and I am an experienced and compassionate bankruptcy lawyer.  I help people get out of debt and regain their financial freedom.

I do not run a bankruptcy factory.  I take a limited number of cases in order to provide the highest level of service to each client that walks through my door.  Because of this, I am able to develop personal relationships with my clients.

These personal relationships foster feelings of trust and confidence which are essential for a positive and successful outcome.  I must get to know you in order to be able to help you.

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping other Montana residents conquer their financial hardship and avoid the emotional stress that comes along with it.  I love hearing my clients say, “I feel better already!”

Getting out of debt is the first step and I take tremendous pride in helping to make that a reality and opening the door to future financial freedom.

Graduating from Hofstra University, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems.  I then graduated Cum Laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuschberg Law Center.  I am admitted to practice law in Montana and New York.  In addition, I am admitted to practice before the United States Federal Courts for the District of Montana, Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.  I am a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

In my free time, I revel in the mountains and hiking in and around Bozeman.  I enjoy Crossfit, obstacle racing and all types of competitive fitness.  I am a fan of coffee, tea and locally crafted beer and whiskey.  On pleasant days I enjoy riding on two wheels.

My greatest joy comes in being a Father to my two boys, Paxten and Diego.
